Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that pre-order products are subject to the same return terms but cannot be cancelled prior to dispatch once the order is confirmed.
